Terms & Conditions

  • "LIKE" PROJECT MOBILITY ON FACEBOOK FOR YOUR VOTE TO COUNT

  • Make sure you have “liked” the Project Mobility Facebook page. Please invite your family and friends to also “liked” the Project Mobility page. 

  • All participants MUST have an Evaluation/Fitting at The Bike Rack by Friday, May 10th - NO EXCEPTIONS!  

  • All participants in the contest MUST be present at our 12th Annual Everybody Rides on Sunday, June 9th at James O. Breen Park in St. Charles. 

  • For the winning participant if you do not attend, unfortunately the bike will be awarded to the runner up.

  • Even if you are not the winner and you do not show up you will not be able to receive an adaptive bike from Project Mobility in the future.

  • REMINDER - Not all participants will receive a bike at Everybody Rides.

  • If there is a tie, there will be a random drawing to choose the winner

  • Transportation to and from The Bike Rack for the Evaluation/Fitting is the responsibility of the participant(s). 

  • Transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the participant(s). 

  • Transportation to and from picking up the adaptive bike post event is the responsibility of the participant(s).

  • Once notified the adaptive bike is ready you have 2 weeks to pick up the bike or you forfeit the bike.

  • Participants must agree to have their name, story, and photo a part of all media and press surrounding the event along with participation in the Adaptive Bike Giveaway Contest.

  • If for some reason a donor steps forward to pay for an adaptive bike on their own you can't back out of the contest. They are more than welcome to donate to Project Mobility noting the child's name. All of the donation will go towards the child the donor selects.

  • There is no guarantee with how long it takes for the adaptive bike to get made and delivered to the child - the adaptive bike industry is still recovering from the pandemic and still experiencing many delays.

  • Participants must live near the Chicagoland area.
